Takealot.com is a **** sent me an empty box.

I ordered a Samsung galaxy S8+ I paid R12, 149 for it. And when item was delivered and I opened the box it was empty. Just brown paper I opened the brown paper nothing. I then contacted takealot no one could help. I then requested a return on Monday. And the courier picked up on Tuesday. The item reached Takealot warehouse yesterday at 13:19 according too them. When I explained them that the box was empty then she told me their is nothing too evaluate but before that she told me it's being evaluated.. She said takealot will refund me before tomorrow morning which is today. No refund nothing. I called today and a consultant by the name of Telsey assisted me. She looked on my profile and said she will go too the revelent and get back too me by 10am. But she didn't. I called at 10:25am. And another consultant assisted me. And she says their are investigating and that it will be done by the end of the day. From Tuesday I am listening too their lies. This is pathetic. Theirs a limit Takealot. I wish you would have valued your customers. Like I mean the amount of money wasn't little. You just lie too us one way. I want my money back. You ripped me off really bad.
