Takealot.com is a joke. The service is atrocious.

If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. Their delivery customer service is atrocious. I ordered tools that I use in my business and paid for next day delivery, subsequently, I missed work and stayed home to receive the package as it was urgent. In the afternoon I received a text saying they attempted to deliver however the recipient was out of reach, which is absurd since I waited for the delivery all day and there’s concierge at my estate. Furthermore, I attempted to get assistance several times via phone call which was tedious and in vain because this establishment is run like a ****a shop. All 5 consultants told me they don’t have the capacity to communicate with the branch in my vicinity nor do they have access to the drivers.
