TAKEALOT.COM IS A JOKE!

What a pathetic organization! Item delivered to us was incorrect. Reported on 7 March. Collected on 10 March. Since then we have dealt with 5 call center people and exchanged numerous emails. Imagine our surprise when we receive yet another email instructing us to return the item that was collected on 10 March by 23 March. Impossible to get hold of anybody other than call-center staff who are unable to resolve the matter. Attempts to escalate the problem get no response. In this age of online retail, these guys are by far the worst i have dealt with. Avoid them!
