takealot.com is a complete customer service failure!!

They failed to collect a returned item on Sept 30th and didn't even alert me that they were no longer coming. I am still begging them to pick it up! They don't bother to let me know what's going on, they keep promising to collect and not showing up! My refund is stuck in their pocket! Horribly reactive "customer service" which is useless! a month later and STILL NO COLLECTIONS AND NO REFUND!!
