Takealot.com is 100% ********* in preventing us from rating our Kenwood Kitchen Machine for future buyers.

We bought a "Kenwood - MultiOne Kitchen Machine - KHH326SI" on Takealot.

Unfortunately we did not read the whole manual and missed the page in the middle of the manual where this "Material: Steel" attachment should not be put in the dishwasher. The expectation for specifically an attachment like this, , is to be dishwasher safe - it has 90 degree angles and hard to reach spots where only a dishwasher can reach to clean and sterilise properly.

Instead, this attachment has a thin coating on it and over time it would eventually come off little by little in our food. This is a point few will ignore if the Kenwood / Takealot adverti*****t was complete and truthful and it would have definitely influenced our decision to choose this product over others.

To make this worse, Takealot PREVENTS us from reviewing this product after it was sent back (in our case the return was declined). To block us from reviewing is NOT ETHICAL. I wish one of the previous reviewers had the opportunity to tell us about the silver coating in our food and that it must be considered before choosing this product over any others.

NOT ONCE HAS TAKEALOT REP**** (no customer care number?!) to us, asking why we are prevented from rating this product with our honest experience after using it, and Kenwood is conveniently missing in all this action...
