TAKEALOT.COM - Inconvenience at the click of a button

Takealot Customer Service is pathetic, in fact its non-existent! How do you deliver damaged items & then take no care to resolve the matter immediately (or the very least STICK TO YOUR OWN TERMS). How does it take over three months to resolve an official customer complaint which has supposedly been escalated? Their management & staff do not care about their customers at all! They espouse the typical "core values" BUT NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THOSE VALUES WAS EXERCISED! They are not results orientated, as the paying customer this experience has not been simple nor pleasant in any way shape or form, no apparent solution being driven toward & again the slowest & most painful customer experience.
