Takealot.com incompetency!

I have just had the worst experience with Takealot.com, I ordered a Kitchen Sink and tap from them, paid and been getting updates about the delivery date, got the last SMS this morning, on the 7th of May 2026, that order no **** is out for delivery and will be delivered before 5pm. I get excited, contact someone who'll be installing the sink to be on standby, because it has been a week since I placed the order. 3 hours later, I am getting an email that the sink is cancelled, when I check on my Takealot account, they are only delivering the TAP! What am I going to do with the tap only? Why wait till the last minute to cancel the order? Why is the product still available online when I was informed the reason it got cancelled is because it is "out of stock"? How am I still able to add to my cart till checkout if you don't have it in stock? This is not about the refund; it is about your incompetence, unprofessionalism and you guys don't care for your customers!
