TAKEALOT.COM ( INCOMPETENCE ,FALSE ADVERTISING )

Ordered an item from Takealot and received incorrect item. They did a refund to me even though requested an exchange. Plus they charge for delivery fees. This company is robbing people by taking delivery fees and not refunding. False advertising is common with them and pictures don't reflect what they sell. Disgraceful and disgusting and *********** staff at their warehouse facility who can't seem to READ OR COMPREHEND SIMPLE orders. Same thing happened to my mum as well when she ordered an item. THEY INFORM ITEMS IN STOCK BUT THEN GO AHEAD AND SEND INCORRECT ITEMS. Lost my trust in this company and their ethics.
