Takealot.com I regret buying from you

I am very disappointed with Takealot.com as a first time buyer I paid for an item on the 23rd November on Black friday sale, firstly there was an issue with my payment not appearing on their side for days then after I sent proof of payment and my parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 3rd of December but still nothing. Today is the 5th of December Yesterday and today I received another sms stating that my parcel would be delivered today before 3pm and 3pm has passed. I called the driver and he said that my parcel was allocated to a wrong address.I still don't know when will I receive my order but I regret ever buying from you guys you are so *********** and unprofessional.
