Takealot.com Has Bad Service.

I have purchased an item from takealot they have sent me a wrong item which i have paid for an express delivery to the pickup poit and when i spoke to Tamara she denies that i have paid for the express delivery, i have emailed her the evidence that there was an express delivery payment. Then she tells me i will only recieve my item next week. How unprofessional for such a big company.
