Takealot.com great only good for taking a lot of your money with no service or working item!

Disgusting service! Don't honour their own T&C's. If anyone at Hello Peter can get any comments or resolution to this, please feel free to help. If you planning on Christmas gifts or Black Friday deals and you want your money to be taken but get nothing but "escalated excuses" in return... shop takealot.com. My reference number below. PS: Note that they have a 21 day promise: once 21 days has passed since you log the return, they will automatically credit or refund the cost of the item. This is in their own T&C's and the return was logged on the 14th September 2021. We are now passed that deadline and still no refund or credit has been made. Would not recommend takealot... unless you want them to take alot of your money.
