Takealot.com gone wrong

I ordered a product(TV) on the 27th Nov 2023. Delivery was supposed to be on the 1st of DEC 2023 and it never came. The next day which was the 2nd I called in and spoke to an agent (Chwayita. P) stating that the delivery will be done before 5pm. I had asked if they can track the drivers and said it's unfortunate they can't.

Called an agent again later after 5PM and spoke to Christina from their call centre line. We advised that they call in to advise me for further communication and NOTHING HAPPENED.

Mind you they make it seem like I am the problem stating that my delivery address is wrong (I've been using this addr for more than a year by the way). What ****es me off is that they just reschedule without communication. I cannot stay indoors the whole day.

It's almost a week waiting for my order and I'm fed up... Any assistance will be appreciated
