Takealot.com going down the drain

Dear Takealot.com

I have been a loyal regular customer for many-many year. It used to be only but a pleasure to deal with Takealot.com. As of late, I have had terrible experiences on my last 7 orders, I had issues with 4 of the 7 orders. This is pathetic, family and friends are experiencing the same thing lately.

This is more a wake-up message than anything else, as a result I am definitely using Takealot less and making use of alternative means as a result, please Takealot.com get your act together and start delivering brilliance again.
