Takealot.com gives outstanding sercice!

I ordered a TV Box on Monday this week and it was delivered the next morning (Tuesday). Unfortunately it had an electrical issue so I lodged a Return/Replacement on Takealot website the same day. My request was responded to immediately and I received an SMS that the replacement would be delivered today (Thursday) and the defective unit collected. Subsequent SMS's kept me informed of the delivery date, today (Thursday) and the replacement box has been delivered and the defective unit collected. The replacement works perfectly! Four days from initial order and all is OK! That's the kind of service one expects from Big Business but seldom gets, so full marks to Takealot!
