TAKEALOT.COM - FALSE ADVERTISING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a few items based on the basis that I needed them by a specified date and those items would be useless to me if I did not receive them by the date required. Prior to paying for my order I noted that the delivery time was 2-6 working days. After I made payment it changed to 2 weeks. Takealot does not have any contact telephone numbers. I managed to find an email and sent through my query. Within 24 hours I was asked to rate their service of the enquiry without anyone contacting me. Takealot shows false advertising and has terrible service. I will not recommend anyone to purchase items from them if you require those items by a certain date.
