Takealot.com false advertising

Chromecast 2nd Generation 2015. Before I purchased the item , your website had available stock in JHB. After I made payment I received invoice also available stock and estimated delivery by 31st October. Why now today I checked for the 3rd time the delivery is expected 19th November!!! I previously called 2 times the date was changed from 31st October, then 7th November and now a shocking 19th November. Your supplier PC MART also has stock so why cant yourl make alternate plans to satisfy the customer. Your order is being processed and your estimated delivery date is Wednesday, 31 October 2018. Why do yourl advertise stocks that's not available? That item was purchased for Birthday gift on 3rd November, now what do I do due to your company's incompetence? I do not want a refund, I want that same item or the Google Chromecast Ultra HDR & 4K HD due to false advertising and incorrect information or else I will take this matter further to CPA. I am awaiting your valued response. Today 1st November I received a response my order has been cancelled! So after a long 2 week wait then only they realized the supplier has no stock, how clever is that, so the simple way out is to just cancel order and give me credit. Due to such poor service why will 1 expect to make another purchase. Like I said before, I dont want credit nor refund, I want exactly what I paid for. It's that simple.
