Takealot.com failure

I placed 2 orders as they could not deliver all on time. The first order arrived, friendly delivery staff, 1 item was perfect, the second item for the same piece of equipment did not fit. The second order has not been shipped yet, TakeaLot e mailed to say they cancelled the order. The second item on the order was a "nice to have" so I decided that I do not need it either. I went to the depot in Summerstrand, PE to confirm all was cancelled which they confirmed. Once back home I went on line to discover the second item was awaiting shipping......... Sorry, but traditional shopping for me or maybe Amazon....
