TAKEALOT.com failed me today (Same day delivery not meet)

I am extremely dissatisfied, because:

1.) Takealot & Payfast failed to recognise my EFT payment, first of all. Even though they promised that the system is easy and quick. It failed... and the payment was not recognised immediately. (Same bank to same bank). I had to follow up & lobby for the payment next morning till it was recognised. Annoying first of all., but payment was confirmed.

2.) I also ticked the box specifically for the item in question delivered same day. Because the payment was only recognised the next day. The delivery date was pushed for the next-next day, which is ridiculous and unacceptable because I did not want it the next day. I am not available the next day either. - Error is not from my side.

Also, Note the item cost me a few thousands so I do not want it to float around either, when I click here in ASAP time, I meant it. Not days later.

Conclusion: I feel ****med and my solution is to never ever go with takealot again and to never ever again pay any company for same day delivery. Trust is gone sorry.
