Takealot.com extremely bad service

I purchased airtime two days ago. I have never received any airtime. They claim they sent it but refuse to resend it. I cannot get hold of anyone senior. Apparently the finance depart needs to check whether it was sent? That after claiming it had already been sent. They also responded once after many requests. I also had to phone them. This company doesn't care about customers or customer service.
