Takealot.com exchange useless!

If I could give them a -star rating i would. There returns and exchange department is useless! I have send so many e-mails over the past 2 months just trying to get my daughters Christmas gift after dropping of the incomplete game at the drop off zone for collection. Each time I just receive another email saying we r looking into it. And again nothing!
