Takealot.com empty promises.

I opened a business account with Fnb three weeks ago, after three days I received a call from takealot to confirm delivery, which I did. On the day of delivery(Friday) some guy call me ant tell me he got lost and couldn't trace my address as GPS misdirected him and he promised to deliver on Monday. Since then he never show up or call and when I call him he just told me "another guy will deliver". I called takelot after approaching Fnb several time and we called them(takealot) but they keep on promising and never deliver.
