My first experience with take alot is such a bad one. I made two orders with them. The very first one was urgent as I needed the visors I order for work however every time I tracked my order it just says recipient was unable to receive the order. No contact was made with me. I still haven't received any feedback or the delivery. I called the contact center spoke to a guy by the name of Craig on the 31st of August 2021 at 16:55. He never asked for any information, he just asked for my cell phone number and told me he will out a request for the driver to give me a call. I'm highly disappointed. I have another order for my mums birthday and I'm hoping I will get her gift to her on time.
