I was looking for a stand up fan and a friend said she could get one through takealot. This was done. When the fan arrived the box that it came in was broken and a part was missing they were contacted and the fan was sent back for a replacement. This was ordered on the 8 of Jan it is now the 5 of Feb and still no fan an email was sent and it said that it would be delivered before the 8 Feb can't see that this will happen as they don't deliver on weekends. I will not use takealot because of the poor service .
