TAKEALOT.COM E COMMERCE

I have trusted this Company in the past, had no issues with them. Lately they expect Customers to take responsibility for issues which in my opinion should be attended to by Takealot and sorted before delivery of wrong/damaged items and packaging. This is definitely a Company the Consumer Council and Sars should be investigating. Not an E Commerce Company I would recommend.
