Takealot.com Driver ****** me

The Saturday after Black Friday, I placed an order for COD for the value of R1849.00. the day the delivery took place I was at work my sibling at the age of 13 was home and was going to receive the delivery and provide the cash which she has done a few times. the same day orders were going to be delivered and i had left an amount of R2100.00 for both . The driver had delivered the item for R1849.00 and my sister had given him the total cash. The driver took off without giving a second package cos he didn't have it and took the change of R251.00 . I have been in contact with their poor customer whom takes so long to respond and when they do a so called investigation they advise that there was no change to give. I been going back and forth making me seem like im lying and I shop EVERY WEEK ON TAKEALOT.COM. every week there is a delivery . Their CS keeps insisting the driver didn't receive extra funds and I had given him exact . I had asked for them to call me Sunday night the email was sent they advised Monday they would and asked for my preferred time and number. Today is Wednesday no one called yet neither response back to me
