Takealot.com dishonesty

Takealot order number ***4 my order was incomplete and takelot for not return my money. Instead they kept my money and not informed me that my order was cancelled. I waited for weeks waiting for my order. The only way I found out about my order is when I went online to check on how far it was. I am really disappointed about this order as I was really in need of the cancelled part of the order.
