takealot.com delivery woes... again

their delivery 'service' is infuriating. payment was confirmed the previous day at 9:15AM, for 'guaranteed next day express,' next day noon parcel was still sitting at the warehouse waiting to be shipped to the collection point! how does it take over 24hrs to move a damn laptop from one spot in JHB to another? nah... they need to up their game here.
