Takealot.com Delivery is BAAAD!

I purchased an item from Takealot.com on Monday (29/October/2018). The delivery was suppossed to be made on Wednesday. I was at home the whole day on Wednesday. No call was made, no SMS was made to notify me that the person is outside but then they sent me an SMS saying that they tried delivering the item 3 times and there was no one.

But to my knowledge, every delivery that exists, on your profile, you put your contact details (home address, email and cell number) for the sole purpose of the delivery. In my case, the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday. All they say is that "The delivery will be between 8 am and 5 pm. I track the delivery the whole day. Out of nowhere, I receive an SMS saying the guy came 3 times and did not find me and now they have to reschedule. I asked them that should i sense when the person is outside if he doesn't call me? Should I wait outside the whole day between 8 am and 5 pm? They did not have answers but to escalate the matter when I complained. It has been rescheduled for 2 days now.
