Takealot.com delivery

My order was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 17th of July 2020 up to today I haven't received it and they said they are doing a follow up on what happened to my delivery. The whole week no feedback only empty promises and apologies and I must be the one who keeps on sending emails to them. Refund the money or deliver my order!!
