Takealot.com delivery Cons

I placed an order for a Canon 445XL ink cartridge on Tuesday 5th May 2020 in which my funds was taken and received email and smsconfirmation showing delivery to take place of Friday 8th May 2020 between 08:00 before 5pm and waited the entire day and received nothing, not even a sms or call to show any delays etc. I decided to logon to their site to check tracking status only to discover that item was delivered at 07:11am and signed by me with my name and not even my signature which even contradicts their original message of delivery between 8am and before 5pm and still not in posession of my item and have lost out with my money being taken without receiving anything. Takealot are cons and there is no means of contacting them besides email method which has a 72hr turn around time. I dont know how many others that might have gone through the same con and have lost money due to this pathetic company.
