Takealot.com Delivery

I ordered online delivery was supposed to take place on the 26/11/2019 but it was rescheduled without my knowledge because it states that " recipient was not available at given address" however I have been home all day and there was no delivery made or contact made which I find that to be inconvient the least the driver could do was call me l if he couldn't find me rather than turning back and rescheduling therefore I have to be on the lookout and wait by my gate until driver shows up seriously dissapointed with the service as it was my first time using it.
