Takealot.com delivers an opened Product (Inverter)

I ordered an inverter from takealot.com. Upon delivery the item was opened. It was delivered in a box that had been opened and tampered with. I then asked the driver why the product had been opened. He then became very rude and then told me that he was not a takealot.com employee, while he was wearing a takealot.com t-shirt. My very old neighbour who was around also came around, because she is also a takealot.com customer she also asked why the box had been opened then we asked him to put the product down so that we can take pictures. He then rushed into his car and sped-off almost knocking our gate. I then emailed takealot.com to let them know what I had experienced. They rep**** by asking me why I did not take the product as if it was my fault for not accepting an opened product. They they attempted to deliver the same opened product a few more times. The drivers did not even call me when they got to the gate to let me know that they are here to deliver yet the explanation on the app says "we tried to deliver however the product was rejected". When this had actually happened once. However on the app this was written numerous times. Takealot.com needs better communication channels; this is because on email when the customer is trying to resolve an issue they speak to numerous people (/Customer service representatives) and the customer then has to explain the same issue over and over again to different takealot.com representatives.
