Takealot.com decline

Used to be a good platform for both product and service. Unfortunately, recently the products received are often damaged and the service is less than desired. It seems that I have gotten goods that have been returned by others for the same reasons - my latest was a sink that barely had any bubble wrapping thereby revealing the scratches and chipped ends on it. Additionally, returns or exchanges on these goods are taking much longer than before.
