Takealot.com Deceiving Prices!

Once again they are out there to deceive and extremely dissapoint people...

I was browsing on the app, I saw something I really liked and added it to my cart. The item was R250 or well I thought so at least.

Item in my cart about to check out and pay for it when I was distracted and had to attend to something else. Quickly left my phone and went away for not even 5 full minutes!

Upon my return I noticed something strange in my cart. The item I was about to purchase somehow went from R250 to R400 miraculously. Lost for words but then I should have known better because takealot.com has a track record for inflating prices of products and tricking customers into thinking its on sale and its cheap and you get so much discount when in actual fact they inflate the selling price so much and then add a discount and put the exact same price it sells for which basically is a non discount price.
