I am extremely disappointed with Takealot’s service. I ordered a specific item, but received the wrong product. When I tried to return it, my request was declined with no proper justification. According to Takealot’s own return policy, customers should be able to return items if the wrong item was delivered, and they are supposed to offer a replacement, refund, or credit. Yet in my case, they refused to take responsibility. Takealot Policy Centre This is unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver what I paid for, and instead I was left stuck with something I didn’t order. Customer service was unhelpful and felt like copy-paste responses rather than actually resolving the issue. I would not recommend Takealot based on this experience. Be careful when ordering, because if something goes wrong, you may not get the help you expect.
