I ordered 2x products over R500 with Takealot..The one product was missing two Accessories.I had to log a return which they should have collected within 24hrs but only collected after 2days..I then waited another 4days and received the replacement..This time the same stuff were missing as the previous box..AGAIN they want me to log a return and wait again.whenever I call they say they will get back to me but they never do,they are also not able to get a senior/superior to speak to me.They clearly do not have their clients best interest at heart..You cannot inconvenience a customer for something that is the companies fault.I am so unhappy about this
