I bought a Panda Parafin 3L Heater, using Fores**** pickup point. When I collected heater I didnt know it's a wrong heater and did not immediate use heater. Heater was collected on the 8th and was not immediate used. Few weeks later when trying to use heater I realized that it's not a 3L heater but a 0.9 heater, i realized as i was pouring parafin and it started licking almost immediate. Logged a return and took the heater to the pickup point, first response was they do not have what I ordered in stock so they will refund. That never happened, new responses started changing to heater cannot returned. A lot of up and down went on back and forth with takealot.com Eventually I requested that they returned the heater and the outstanding amount as the heater that I got is not the amount I paid. takealot.com refused with everything. Up untill today I am still sitting with no heater and no outstanding amount. And takealot.com is extremely rude to clients which got me wonder, if the order was correct but maybe have a fault, they would still refuse to take it back and refuse to return the money.
