Takealot.com customer service sucks!

I bought a laptop and a shoe stand from Takealot 27. 02.2019 and my order was delivered 04.03.2019. The laptop is working however the two boards of the shoe stand are defective, I called takealot.com to log a return and I was promised that the delivery company will come to collect the item on Tuesday, I waited on Tuesday nothing happened, I called them agaian on Wednesday and same promise and still nothing happened, today is Saturday and I am still waiting for Takealot.com to come collect a return... Takealot.com customer service is terrible and they are taking advantage of thier customers
