Takealot.com *******ion, **********, ********

The Takealot and PayFast alliance is bordering *****. Ordered an item on Takealot on 27th Septemeber and paid for the order immediatley on the Payfast credentials provided by Takealot. Funds never transfered from Payfast to Takealot. Order cancelled on Monday 30th September at 17:00 by Takealot after receiving payment reminder notification only 3 hours earlier. Proof of paymentt was submitted twice within 2 hours to Takealot. Friday 4th October and still nothing from Takealot on order processing after a call to the call centre every day since 30th September.

Call centre supervisors/managers are useless in support or resolving the issue.
