Takealot.com becoming a disgrace

Placed my order for Cartridges x2 and an Xbox 360 game on the 8th Feb 2020. Told it will be delivered 27th Feb 2020, no communication from Takealot nor their courier company. I rescheduled via App for 29th Feb 2020 since then their courier company has rescheduled via the App every day, no phone call no email no communication. Today to my surprise on the App the status for my delivery says Delivered signed by Driver??? I mean *** no delivery has been made. When phoning Takealot.com the staff says " we will check on the status and advise shortly" they never do. Takealot.com has become *********** and very inconsistent. Unprofessional service. It was a waste of R588. We have nothing to show for the money. I would rather by from Loot as they offer professional service
