Takealot.com bad service all round.

I placed an order on takealot. com over the weekend. I received an email that the estimated delivery date was on the 17th November 2022. I tried searching for a telephone number for the depot in Fontainebleau and could not find anything so I went to the depot only to be told the order is not there and I must wait for an sms. I asked the gentleman if he could follow up on the order for me and he told me there was no way to follow up on the order and I must just wait for the sms. This is really bad service!!
