takealot.com bad service

I have ordered 4 items and paid for it to the amount of R3100.00 on 20 May 2020. the package was supposed to be delivered by 26 May 2020. after about 30+ request to get clarity I was informed that my package was lost in transit, but will be delivered on Friday 29 May 2020. after this didnt happen and i had to send 10+ more mails and requests onlu=y 3 of the 4 paid for item was delivered on 2 June 2020. i have send numerous mails inquiring about the 4th item, but am still in the dark. when I track my order the only msg on the system show "pad for" any suggestions????? I have tried numerous times to call them, but the lines are down due to covid
