Takealot.com bad service.

I had a very bad experience with takealot. I'm still busy fighting them on when I will receive my goods.

I ordered on the 29th of December 2021 and received an sms that I will receive my goods on the 31st of December 2021. I rescheduled my delivery to the 3rd of January 2022 because we were out of town. I received half of my goods on the 4th of January 2022. I phoned takealot customer service up to date almost 10 times and they give me the same answer every time. I'm tired of fighting with them.
