Takealot.com bad service

I am shocked and very disappointed. They have sent the incorrect item twice, wasting my time and not having quality control checks to see that the correct item is being sent out. No apology, and once again the wrong item and colour again today. I would not recommend takealot. Very disappointed in service and attitude.
