Takealot.com bad service

I'm so unhappy with the couriers Takealot is using and it's like Takealot don't care because they recieved payment and then it's the customers problem. I placed a order with Takealot on 26 Dec 2018 and recieved a sms that my order will delivered 31 Dec 2018 before 17:00 but it never happened. Today is 3 Jan 2019 and the time is 19:00 and i'm still waiting for my order. All they can do is apologise and i don't want any of that i want my order. They used Fast & Furious couriers and they don't deliver. I just feel it is Takealots problem to fix this and i'm very unhappy. I'm buying from them when they were Take2 and i think it's something like maybe 10years and this is the service u get from them. Please get better couriers because the one your using sucks. My order is Hi Jaco, your Takealot order #61.01.82.42 is out for delivery and will arrive before 5:00 PM today.
