Takealot.com - BAD service!

I've ordered items, and they cancelled it without my approval. and refunded me only R18 where as the book was R52. they just deducted the courier costs from the credit, without consulting me or ask if i would like something else in that books place. now a days, you can't email them anymore nor do they have a contact number. their service is most definitely going backwards!
