Takealot.com bad service

I order and paid for a poolfilter on 8 June 2024. Got the order confirmation emails with delivery date as 11 June 2024. On 12 June the irder was still in not dispatched and I send a message to Takealot. Got a reply back on how sorry they are, it being a mistake on their side and item was now received and will be scheduled for delivery. Got the new date as 18 June 2024 I sent a follow up email on 18 June as it is still shows as not shipped. No reasons supp**** whatsoever. Looking at the item it is still offered by the seller with 16 items in stock.
