Takealot.com BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

I ordered goods from takealot on 23/11/18, delivery was scheduled for 28/11/18. When I call to enquire about the no delivery. I was told they cannot locate my address (this is not a first delivery with takealot to my home address, I assist them by sending a snapshot of my location still no delivery took place. Their call center agents are not helpful at all, they say they can't provide me with the delivery guy's number nor are they able to track them. I'm always told "we're escalating the matter " which never yields any fruitful results! What a bad service !
