Takealot.com bad customer service

I bought a bicycle for my grand daughter. It arrived fully assembled. At the front wheel on the one side a bearing holder was missing. We send it back. They rejected my return request and send the bicycle back without the shaft for the front wheel that connects the handlebar to the wheel. I've send it back again and requested a refund. It was rejected and returned again. The bicycle is badly damaged now with paint that is chipped and the handlebar is totally damaged. They blame us now that we returned a damaged bicycle and refuse to refund me. I have photos to proof that they are responsible for the damages done. Still my request is denied.
