Takealot.com Bad Bad Service

I ordered gifts for Christmas for my wife and kids, three of the items which I have ordered arrived a week after the original delivery date first of all, when they opened the gifts on Christmas it was found that these items were used before and jsut repackaged, why just I pay for second hand goods??? The prices advertised on the takealot website is for New items, this bull****, 2 of the items don't work one of the items worked onky once, with the stick removed from the cord which also shows that this item was used before, this is. Not the first time this has happened, I don't see why I should or people in general should pay for used items at a new item price, and besides if I wanted 2nd hand goods I would have gone to a pawn shop!!
